Michael Catalano

With a degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, Mike brings a wealth of financial expertise to the district. Prior to joining Haddonfield in 2017, he served as a Senior Accountant for a local firm specializing in auditing municipalities, school districts, and other local government entities

In his role as Business Administrator, Mike oversees a wide range of essential functions, including:

• Financial Management: Planning and executing the annual budget, long-range financial planning, and managing accounting, purchasing, payroll, and insurance.
• Operations: Supervising district transportation, food services, and facility maintenance in collaboration with the Director of Facilities.
• Board Support: Preparing Board meeting agendas and minutes, providing training to Board members, and assisting with the annual state-mandated school audit.

Mike is committed to fostering a positive and efficient work environment, emphasizing open communication and collaboration. While he may not interact directly with students daily, their success and well-being are central to his decision-making.

Mike resides in Voorhees with his wife, son, and their dog.
